CSECS membership is open to academics, students, professionals, and to anyone interested in the academic study of the eitghteenth century. Being a member of our society puts you in contact with a network of faculty members and graduate students working on this period in Canada and beyond.

A membership in the CSECS includes the following benefits:

- A subscription to the CSECS Newsletter
- Eligibility to apply to awards and fellowships offered by the CSECS
- Ability to post announcements on our website and newsletter (requires approval)
- Eligibility to present your work at our annual conference
- Ability to apply for vacant board positions
How to renew?
If you are currently member of CSECS or if you were a member previously, you can easily renew your membership online.
Log in to your account on the CSECS website (if you have forgotten your password, click on 'Forgot Password/First Login').
Once in your profile, select the type of membership to renew and follow the instructions.
Once your payment is completed, you will receive a confirmation and a receipt by email.
