Glendon College in Toronto is looking for a research assistant from January 2025 to September 2025 to work on the York University Research Chair on Franco-Aboriginal Relations in the Americas.

The Canadian Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies set up a YouTube channel in 2022. In the wake of our new Online Speaker Series, we plan to add videos to this channel on a regular basis, to present research from our members, as well as discussions and debates that may be of interest for researchers and the public at large.

This biennal fellowship will support researchers undertaking editing projects focused on the eighteenth century.

The Robert and Moira Sansom Ideas Foundation was established in 2013 with the intention to create a Graduate Student Scholarship for Studies in the History of Ideas, granting $10,000 each year in support of the work of the recipient. The scholarship is open to graduate students, who are or will be studying at a university in Canada, whose work relates to the History of Ideas.
