In the wake of our new Online Speaker Series, we plan to add videos to this channel on a regular basis, to present research from our members, as well as discussions and debates that may be of interest for researchers and the public at large.

Sansom Ideas Graduate Studies Scholarship

The Robert and Moira Sansom Ideas Foundation was established in 2013 with the intention to create a Graduate Student Scholarship for Studies in the History of Ideas, granting $10,000 each year in support of the work of the recipient. The scholarship is open to graduate students, who are or will be studying at a university in Canada, whose work relates to the History of Ideas.

The Canadian Society for Eighteenth-Century Studies is pleased to launch a new Online Speakers Series. This series aims to provide an opportunity to connect with the scholarly community working on the eighteenth century and extend our scholarly conversations beyond our traditional in-person conference.
